About Lucinda Lilley
Lucinda Lilley has spent decades serving the multifamily industry, holds several property management designations, and has managed a diverse portfolio of assets during her career. She is an active participant with the Southern California Rental Housing Association (SCRHA) where she served as President in 2021 and 2022 and was the Association’s Industry Achievement Award recipient in 2023. Lucinda also serves at the local and national level for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is Founder and CEO of Bridging Influence, a Consulting/Coaching/Speaking/Training organization focused on Personal and Leadership Growth and Development.
