About Ryan Clumpner
Ryan Clumpner was appointed to the San Diego Housing Commission in 2018 and has served as the Vice Chair since 2019. He has worked in public policy and communications in both the public and private sectors for over 15 years, currently specializing in public opinion research and ballot measures. In recent years, he successfully passed the Midway height limit removal and the change to the City’s trash collection policy, two issues that were considered politically impossible for decades.
